He assists relevant companies and banks in procedures involving labour law disputes and out-of-court cases. Since 2009 he is President of and Member of the Supervisory Board provided for by the legislative Decree n. 231/2001 in different companies. Hence, he has developed an in depth knowledge of Organisation and Managing Models. He is an expert of sport law. He is legal consultant for the Italian Volleyball League, as well as for other sport clubs.
